Corporate Gifting & Experiences FAQs

How can I customise my corporate gift order?

We offer fully bespoke corporate gift services. Just pick up the phone and call (+44)0207 6810115 or email hello@rareteacompany.us and we’ll talk you through your selection. We can create for you your own bespoke package and packaging – from your very own English Breakfast tin of tea, to selecting unique harvests from our partner farms.

What is your turnaround time for corporate gift orders?

This really depends on what you order and where it is going in the world. But we’ll talk you through all the timings when we have some more details.

How much does shipping cost for corporate gift orders?

This depends where the orders are going and how big they are, but we have spent the last 18 years shipping tea orders around the world, so please don’t worry. We will handle this as cost effectively and smoothly as possible.

What is the minimum order quantity for corporate gifts?

We have no minimum order size.

Can I include a personalized message with my corporate gift?

Absolutely. We can customise every parcel.

What packaging do you use for corporate gifts?

We endeavour to always use the most sustainable packaging we can. We are constantly updating and evaluating what we use to reduce waste and protect our fragile planet. Or tea is always loose, no single use bags. Our packaging is made of recycled materials and recyclable wherever possible.

Can I order a sample before placing a corporate gift order?

Yes indeed. And you can visit our London offices in person to select your teas.

What are some ideas for customising corporate gifts food items?

We can include English jam from England Preserves for a proper English breakfast. Or how about chocolate from Pump Street Chocolate or Paul A Young?

Where do you source your tea?

We are a Direct Trade business. We work direct with tea farms across the world.
