Use your Chashaku to measure 2 scoops of Japanese Matcha into a Matcha bowl or tea bowl, add 100ml of water at 70°C and carefully whisk the tea in a figure-of-eight motion, ensuring smooth and frothy tea, using the Chasen.
Wash by gently rinsing under warm water and leave to dry.
