An elegant Chinese green tea from Jinhua, Zheijang province.

It’s extremely well suited for cold infusions - the long, slow, cold extraction elevates the softer grassy notes.

When infused as a hot tea it is bright with intense green flavours.

Extraordinary!

I do not order a ton of tea outside of David’s T, which I know is a very different style of tea company. And then I ordered “Recovery” from Rare Tea, as well as 2 types of green, and now I have changed my tea rituals altogether to reflect these 2 additions to my tea repertoire. I highly recommend!
