Himalayan Ginger and Lemongrass: a soothing treat
On those long afternoons when one thinks dinner time will never come, a cup of this tea is a perfect way to bridge the gap. So delicious.

Less is best
Two of my favorites, ginger & lemongrass, unite for a delicious afternoon steep. I typically reserve this for the evening steep, but love it to relax. The aromatic effects after steeping are invigorating but soothing. Lemongrass takes center stage. The first sip yields a lemon drop flavor but if you allow it to linger a on the palate, a hint of spice from the ginger greets you kindly. On the resteep the lemongrass takes a back seat and the ginger spices things up just a bit. This tisane is so good, I jumped at the opportuniTEA to order more from Rare Tea Company in this beautiful tin. Not good
It was very hard to find any taste in the tea. I don´t know if it was some, but it didn´t taste like anything. Very subtle but hardly any herbal taste
A perfect balance
A perfectly delicious herbal blend. I love to make a big batch and then drink it cold.
Disappointing
There was hardly any taste of ginger and the tea had little taste of anything. I almost threw the tea out, but then decided to add a few slices of root ginger to the infusion. What an improvement! (And no, I haven't lost my sense of taste due to Covid 19!)
