Exceptional flavor
This is a very nice black tea. I thought it was best on its own without milk or sugar. To me it is fragrant but not flowery and became sweeter and softer with repeat infusions. I will definitely add it to my morning tea routine.
The 'Inclusive' Tea
Love drinking it either black or with milk, is light, with an earthy flavour. Great for any function.
A break from being busy Nepalese Himalayan Black Tea
I was excited to see this tea being offered by the Rare Tea Company. Having lived in Nepal and Bhutan, I decided to treat myself to this tea. I tend, like many others just now, to be at my desk without the necessary breaks we all need. So I treat the making of this tea as my excuse to take time out. It is my little treat. I love the flavour of the tea, it is quite robust, but then mellows. I admit, it is kept for my use only...allowing me a few moments to sit, reflect and savour a bit of time away from the screen.
Amazing
Picture this. You close your eyes. When you open them you are surrounded by mist, you feel cold. This is not a disruptive, but a conforting kind of cold. You feel invited to explore. Firstly, you breathe in the air (Yes, like in that Pink Floyd song that your mind suddenly flies to). You feel clearness crawling into your body -- into your mind. Clear becomes your body. Clear becomes your mind. You wonder how the smell of spring made it to these cold mountains... suddenly the mist clarifies. Everything is clear now. You feel that, don't you? You hear a voice, not far away, calling your name. Walking through the small, intimate field of Camellia Sinensis, dragging your hands through the tender leaves, longing to find out who it is that called you, you feel at home. You close your eyes again. Everything is black now. Black.
I’m loving this tea
Thank you JunChibari Tea Garden for making this wonderful tea. It’s delicious. I now enjoy it every morning as part of my daily routine. I usually put a piece of lemon zest in my black tea, but with this one it’s not necessary and I’m loving it.
