The rose petals give this tea a luxurious scent without drenching the leaf in synthetic perfumes. We use Indian rose petals and a blend of rich black tea from Malawi to give depth and bright floral top notes.

The perfect treat

I love to have toast with warm, creamy goat cheese, a bit of curry powder and Himalayan salt, topped with a soft boiled egg. This rose tea is the perfect accompaniment! With sugar and 1/2 'n 1/2 it's like a warm cup of loukhoum. I feel spoiled when I drink this tea. The rose flavor is just right and totally natural.

Beautiful tea!

Not only does this tea look and smell beautiful, it tastes amazing as well. One of the best teas I've ever had! Treat yo self and buy some.

Tasting Notes

The rose petals give this tea a luxurious and perfumed taste. Malty Assamica sings with floral notes of Turkish delight.


Use 0.09oz of leaf per 5.1fl oz of water (2.5g per 150ml).


For the optimum infusion use 176°F (80°C) water.


Infuse for 1 - 2 minutes, tasting regularly. Best enjoyed without milk.


You can infuse this tea at least twice. With each careful infusion, different subtleties of flavour are revealed.

Origin & Craft

As a flavour pairing you may be surprised how well this tea goes with seafood. When the celebrated Danish Restaurant Noma went to Japan they made a truly sublime dish; dashi from rose petals into which the diner dipped noodles of finely sliced raw squid.

This inspired us to try our Rose Petal Tea with sashimi and the results were rather wonderful. Make a light infusion of just one minute to bring out just the elegant top notes and a the softest scent of roses.
