My wife & I visited Ambassador Estate about 3 years ago which is where we first tasted their lemongrass tea. It was magical, as is the estate. It tastes as good here as it did in Sri Lanka.

Tasting Notes

A rich and exceptionally bright herbal infusion with grassy notes of fresh hay and lemon drops.

Quantity

Use 2g of leaf per 150ml of water.

Temperature

For the optimum infusion use 100°C (212°F) water.

Time

Infuse for 2 - 3 minutes, tasting regularly.

Infusions

You can infuse these herbs at least three times.  With each careful infusion, different subtleties of flavour are revealed.
