My favorite evening tea ever!

This tea looks and tastes the part of a world class tea dedicated to high quality and delicious flavor. Worth the buy for me!

Wonderful Cold Brewed

When I first tried this tea brewed normally (hot) I wasn't that impressed but it must have been the way I brewed it because when I relegated it to my cold brew collection it turned out wonderful. Full of rich lychee honey flavor, almost like a Dan Cong but more mouth filling, not too tannic and a lovely burnished amber orange color. I'll definitely have to go back and brew it hot again

Into each life some rain will fall.

I’m sure it’s a genetic thing. I just don’t like the smokey flavored oolong style tea. It’s just a matter of taste. Not your fault. Please don’t feel bad, Henrietta. If I were at your home I would pretend to love it, but here on the internet I will say the painful truth. I’m not fond on this tea. Or any oolong. I’m so sorry.

Smooth wake up call

Dear me, I drink tea a lot and have had some excellent ones from Rare Tea before. Still I am utterly surprised and delighted drinking this Waikato Black. I have drawn three infusions and don’t know which to recommend more; the 1 minute first cup was smooth, silky, but the second (2,5 minute) let me find that biscuity taste. Now the third (almost 4 minute) infusion is adding some greener, moss notes. I can’t wait to try the cold infusion as suggested by another satisfied customer.

Brilliant tea!

Really great, very high quality tea. Since discovering it I mainly drink this tea now.
